CASE STUDY / TEDI

From a legacy storefront to an intelligent operational layer.

TEDI is the first live BIAOS pilot, connecting AI to commerce data, customer conversations and real operational workflows.

The problem

Core daily work was distributed across a legacy website, databases, customer messages and manual operational processes. The information existed, but it was not unified or safely available to AI and automation.

The approach

Instead of forcing an immediate full rewrite, we introduced a controlled integration layer that lets BIAOS read trusted data, add operational tools incrementally and preserve the security boundary around the legacy system.

01

Live Commerce

Real product price, inventory, color, size and variant availability connected to BIAOS.

02

Conversation Engine

Context-aware customer conversations connected to actual commerce tools and product data.

03

Tracking Operations

Controlled import, validation and management of shipment tracking information.

04

Package Verification

AI-assisted visual package verification while keeping human approval authoritative.

05

Business Console

Operational dashboards for sales, products, fulfillment state and action-oriented business monitoring.

06

Production Safety

Separated read/write paths, permissions, health checks and fail-closed behavior for sensitive commercial facts.
